Aurox, LLC (collectively with its affiliates and subsidiaries “Company,” “we,” or “us”) the operator of the Aurox trading client made available on via (“Software”), respects your privacy and is committed to protecting and preserving it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy (“Policy”). Please note that you are prohibited from using the Software unless you have agreed to and executed the applicable digital Consent Form.


This Policy (together with our Terms of Use and any other documents referred to therein) describes the Personal Information (defined in Section 2 below) that we collect from you, or that you provide on the Site, and how, when, and why that information may be used by us or disclosed by us. This Policy applies to information gathered on the Software and Site and to communications between you and the Software and/or Site. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Software, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the site like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by anyone, and may allow anyone to have access to your Personal Information. If you believe your password has been compromised or stolen, you should reset the password on the Software immediately and review your financial records for any incorrect charges.

Although we have implemented commercially reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to the Software and Personal Information provided to us, Company will not be liable for actual damages, consequential damages, or special damages due to unauthorized disclosures of Personal Information and/or other information provided to us due to errors in transmission or unauthorized acts of third parties.

No person under the age of 18 years of age may use the Software. The Software and products and services offered thereon are only available to persons over the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use the Software.


The Site is not intended for persons under 18 years of age. If you are under the age of 18 you are not authorized to use the Software. No person under age 18 may provide any Personal Information to or on the Software. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from persons under 18.
